"It went very well. The sales rep Greg did a great job communicating, explaining. we had to reschedule once but it worked out fine. The project completed very fast from consultation to finishing installing. HomeDepot promotion and Excel rebates make the price more affordable. Special call out to thank the installers - Mat & Jeff. They did a great job putting everything together and cleaned up everything after. "The installation went fine, but a few months later the filter needed to be changed. I was told the filters would last a year or more. There was some technical thing that happened that caused the filter to kind of disintegrate. The repair person said I had obviously changed the settings that made it happen. The settings were the same as the installer put them, as a HC person I could not get up and over there to do that. I paid the service amount and later called the manager/owner to dispute the situation. We discussed it and he said there was no way the installer would have done that and I said there was no way I could have. He said he would split the service call amount, which was around $125. I have never seen a dime of the $60 plus change amount he stated. I called back and he didn't return my calls."
