"Our house is on top of a hill, our well is at the bottom of the hill, the well pumps water into a 1500 gallon tank next to our house on top of the hill. Our water is pumped into the house via booster pump. We had no water to the house, and I checked the holding tank to find it empty. I thought for sure my below surface pump was defective. I called Bee Cave Drilling on Saturday morning on Labor Day Weekend and they came out promptly, and found the problem, by the way, was not the submerged pump. "I found the owner Paul Motal to be very honest! He needed to replace the 20 year old well pump. Using the size before, he found it didnâ t pull as much water. He said it would work for a few years but really needed more pull. He was leaving town the next day but came back the next morning to replace with a better suited pump. He didnâ t have to tell me since the pump they got would work for a while but I am so grateful that he was looking out for my best interest even though it delayed his leaving out-of-town! "3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"

"Andrew was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. He was able to replace all of the broken things that needed replacement without issue. He also discovered and fixed the leak at the service connection point. We have noticed increased water pressure after this repair. He also was able to recommend multiple options to better address the hard water that we deal with, and give us an estimate on the health and remaining lifespan of our water heaters. "It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."
