"The technician Raymond accessed the situation and gave me the option of replacing the handle or having a new faucet installed which would have cost more money. He set the expectations for each option."

"Had a problem in the guest bathroom the commode was leaking which caused a leak in our basement. We installed a pail to catch the water and called Mr. Clean Drain Plumbing Inc. right away. Arlie and Frankie showed up within a day and solved the problem immediately. While here we also had them fix a leak in the tubing for the hot water tank. They were highly motivated, highly skilled, very reliable and a real pleasure to work with. A big thanks for such outstanding work and job well done. Bob Savage"

"Casey and Brian showed up on time and reviewed gutter near the area where water is running into basement via the wall. Checked condition of gutter and checked to see if water flowed freely down the spout. And they checked area on roof around the gutter which included the chimney. After careful and thorough examination, they determined that gutter is not the issue but rather chimney in the area needs repairs instead to replace the rotten wood."

"Overview: Project was completed on time and on budget. Recommend for any Size Project as well as Maintenance. Details The process, why did we award Michelangelos the work, and how they earned our trust. My wife and I decided to make a significant investment in a landscaping project. I decided to run this the same as I would a project at work. My first step was to interview several landscaping companies and start weeding out companies based on the way they approached this opportunity. I contacted approximately 12 companies and based on how they responded either on the phone or via email I reduced the list to 5 companies. What impressed me about Michelangelo was that they were not interested in working with me unless I had a design or plan. I like that response. At the same time, I started to look for a Landscape Designer who is also an Architect. I admit that was pretty hard to find. We chose one of the architects worked a lot with Michelangelo. Some of the companies had in-house designers, and others were designed by the person that did the quote, usually the owner. Most of the landscapers gave me a quote based on their plan. In all honesty, they may have been an excellent plan for less money, but we wanted to go with an independent designer. I reduced the list to two companies and Michelangelos. I asked each company to bid the plan as designed by the independent designer. I also explained they could make recommendations either on plant size or quantity of plants for the plants themselves. Most companies tried to talk me into going with smaller plants and fewer plants except for Michelangelos. Michelangelos said they would highly recommend sticking to the plan because a plan by a designer is looking at plant maturity in 3 to 5 years. My wife and I decided to choose Michelangelos based on reviews and the way they conduct business. Additionally, I wanted a company that would install and maintain the landscaping; the lowest price company did not perform maintenance. Michelangelos work around our schedule which included an upcoming family vacation. Working with the office was very seamless, they do an excellent job with e-commerce and doc-u-sign. The work was started on time and finished a half a day early. I came home each day during lunch, and the crew chief took the time to answer all of my questions, and trust me I had a lot. He also provided a very clear description of the work completed and set expectations for the next steps. When we ran into a challenge over the interpretation of the plan, Michelangelos worked with us while we were communicating with the designer, this probably cost them a half a day. We ran into a little problem getting on the maintenance schedule as agreed because of schedule changes during the time from when we started conversations and work being completed. Michelangelos assured me that we would get on the program and asked for my patience. The next week we got on the schedule and so far things of been going very well. About a month after the installation I asked the owner to walk the property with me because I had some concerns over the health of some plants. Michael, the owner, agreed with all of my concerns and promised to address them by planting new plants. I have recommended Michelangelos to others, and I would recommend them for your project. FAQs for water or fuel tank remove projects in Marietta, GA

There are several reasons why you might need to remove an oil tank. In some areas, local regulations require tanks to be removed after a certain period. Leaking tanks can pose hazards to drinking water and the environment. Plus, many municipalities won't allow property sales until an inspection confirms the oil tank is safe.

One option for disposing of an oil tank is to have your removal pro take it to a dismantling yard or salvage yard for recycling. If a salvage yard isn’t an option, you can contact a local landfill or a local oil tank removal service for help finding a proper disposal location for your tank. Typically, you’ll need to show there’s no sludge or residue in the tank.

A leaking oil tank reveals itself through increased energy bills and a noticeable oily sheen on water surfaces, which signals a malfunction. You may also experience strong oil odors and observe stained grass and deteriorating vegetation near your property. These clear warning signs demand immediate professional evaluation to protect the environment and secure your property’s safety.

Yes, states mandate soil testing during oil tank removal to detect hazardous pollutants that harm the environment. This testing confirms that no soil contamination exists. Certified specialists collect soil samples to meet regulatory requirements and ensure property safety. Conducting these tests protects water quality and the structure’s integrity while immediately triggering any necessary remediation measures.
