"The entire team at Dilmak was amazing throughout the entire process. Sandie in the front office was terrific in helping us select the products and services that were right for our home. The installation team, led by Mario, was absolutely excellent. They worked very hard over several hot days up in our attic removing our old AC/HVAC units, installing the new systems, replacing and refreshing alll of our ducts, cleaning the existing ducts, adding a Reme Halo air purifier to each of our new units, updating our thermostats, and setting new drainage lines. They did a professional job on everything, and we are very satisfied with the work by this experienced and dedicated team."

"Their service has been fantastic. We are very pleased every time they come out. We had bought our air conditioning from a different company two years ago, and when we started getting problems, we called Aire Serv, because they were available, and when we had to replace the second unit, we called them, and they came on out and took care of everything. They are great, and their pricing is competitive. I don't think their prices are significantly less or more, but I would say that their quality is much better. I really like their representatives. We used to call them in the evenings, and over the weekends, and they would come out, and not charge us overtimes. One of their technicians lives in our neighborhood, so one time we had a problem over the weekend, and he just came in and looked at the system. They are very responsive, and they come out when they say they will. Sometimes they may be a little late, but overall they give a 1 or 2 hour windows, and they are usually here during the window. I haven't had a problem with any of them. They also offer a nice plan where you set up a plan for $130 and they take care of our 2 units and check them both out."

Several days ago a technician, Chris, came out and diagnosed a problem and had to order a part and just returned and replaced the inoperable part. Chris made an adjustment initially so we could still us our water heater until the new part was installed. We have been using Jon Wayne for 10 years and never been displeased with their service."

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

The cost of the two systems was very reasonable and their attentiveness to the customer experience was outstanding. Our experience started with the office staff that scheduled a home visit for a quote. We had several contacts with the staff and they were always very professional and helpful. The salesman that came to the house was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that would enhance the systems. He explained the warranty in detail and the company’s yearly service contract. The installers were prompt and did an outstanding job. Afterwards they took the time to explain what they specifically did during the installation and to explain the Wi-Fi thermostat to us. Overall I would recommend this company without any reservations."

"Prior "tune up" service provider apparently messed up the hvac and then tried to sell me a replacement scenario over $3000 or a new unit for over $4000.  Next Service guy, as above noted, explained all the problems and the disconnected wiring left by the prior folks, and said it could be fixed for around $200, but it cost $410 as indicated above.  I do not think he arbitrarily increased his bill--just found more stuff that needed fixing than originally contemplated, and had to make a second trip out with one of the parts needed.

"The plumber arrived within the time frame, identified what had to be done and offered different models and price options regarding the replacement heater. Mario the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. All in all a very professional job. I would definitely recommend Legend Plumbing to friends and neighbors."

"Henry helped keep my HVAC going and suggested what needed to be done to keep the thing going Properly. He didn't hard sell or pressure me. He actually was very up front about everything. Taught me a bunch of stuff im the process. The quality of work is worth every penny you pay and stress you can avoid. His prices are very reasonable as well. I have dealt with several HVAC companies in the greater Houston area and they have left me paying more than what I should have. Also Henry said if I'm ever out of heat or AC to call him anytime and his business will be there to help you in the dead of night. Excellent!"

"I bought a Deal through Angie's List for a heating or cooling diagnostic service call because my inside unit was leaking. I received a call from Tasco the morning after I purchased the deal to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Laine Houston (VP of the company) promptly contacted me to advise me they were running a bit behind because of some emergency calls they received. He continued to update me throughout the day to inform me of when the technician would be on his way. Erick, the technician, arrived quickly and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He gave me an assessment of the issue and provided me with options for future repairs of my unit. I was not pressured to purchase unnecessary services or accessories. This is the second time I use Tasco and both times I have been more than satisfied with the work performed and customer service provided. They are knowledgeable and honest as to what needs to be done and their pricing is more than reasonable.
