The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"There was only one hang up. When I contacted them through e-mail I indicated that I wanted to talk about installing an antique wood burning stove in addition to the chimney inspection and cleaning. The appointment was made for the afternoon on a certain day. But, the guys called that morning and left a message on my voicemail saying they could come early. I did not get the voicemail and they showed up early anyway. I was not home but my mother was there. Unfortunately, these guys did not get the word from the scheduler in the office that I wanted to talk about the installation of the wood burning stove in addition to having the chimney cleaned. So they came did they work and left. I called the workers back (since I had their phone number from the voicemail) and communicated my annoyance at the schedule change. The guy was very apologetic and offered to come back though he was no longer available at the scheduled time which I had blocked off on my calendar.
However, we ended up talking about the project over the phone and he was able to give me all the information I needed about the potential installation over the phone. He was very knowledgable and helpful. So, I'd like to give them a "B" for punctuality though that doesn't seem to really fit the situation. So they get all As despite this little hitch.

They wanted $800 to clean the mold which I was not prepared to pay, so they indicated I should not get the ducts cleaned. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
