"I had a great experience with Fresh Air Flow! Since Iâ ve been in my house Iâ ve intermittently smelled mold coming from the vents. I have an allergy to mold and dust so have gotten the HVAC system cleaned and sanitized before, but Ben Marga and his team provided a thorough cleaning in which they removed the vent/return covers throughout the main floor and basement, and cleaned inside the HVAC unit, making sure to sanitize the evaporator coil. To deal with the mold issue longterm Ben installed a UV light. I was skeptical about this pricey solution, but after walking around my house with a mask for days in an effort to mitigate the sore throat, nose, and watery eyes caused by inhaling mold, I was willing to try. Within 2 hours of the installation I noticed a change in symptoms. Three weeks have passed and Iâ m still breathing easy! After such a good experience, I requested the installation of a whole-house humidifier, as the one I had was 30 years old and non-functioning, creating excess static electricity throughout the house. I noticed a gap in the tubing from the humidifier and Ben sent someone out quickly to fix the issue. Everything is working well now. I highly recommend you choose Ben and his team to address your HVAC issues. He has integrity, is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain options thoroughly. When you have someone working on such a critical piece of your homeâ s infrastructure, this is exactly what you want."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Called for estimate to install light switch, customer service was great and set up an appointment for a visit. Technician was on time and very professional. The light switch was for a garage exterior light and had easy accessibility to run the lines. When the technician told me that it would cost $600; I almost had a heart attack! No Thanks! To make it even better I had to pay a $29 service fee just for them to come and shock me with the cost! Also, I now receive phone calls and emails trying to sale me other services. No Thanks! Since then, I called one other company and the same job will cost $175..."

"The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on."
