TDH did an amazing job installing a new AC, and Furnace in my home. I want to say right away that I am a very picky customer. I know what I want. I told TDH and several other companies exactly what I wanted for my home. I contacted and met with 12 different companies at my home and told each of them what I wanted. I did not tell them that I am experienced with HVAC and that I take care of HVAC maintenance for commercial buildings daily.  I let them believe I was Joe Homeowner who knew nothing about how AC really works. I witnessed a variety of sales pitches and more than 1 company tried to inflate the price or sell me something I did not need.  In the end it was TDH Mechanical that got my business.  Tim, the owner of the company came out and gave me a fair estimate for the project. He contacted me quickly for quote, arrived on time and did not try to upsell anything I did not need. We worked out a time to start the work and his installers arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing my new equipment.  Ed and another gentleman did everything they should do while installing my equipment. They arrived on time, verified my order, answered all my questions, installed the HVAC and cleaned up the work area when they were finished. Everything went smooth and the price was more than fair. I will recommend TDH Mechanical to anyone looking for HVAC services.

"Chris was amazing! I called Saturday morning not knowing if he would even service our area since it was a good distance from his business location. I wasn't expecting Chris to come out the same day but he came out that same afternoon and was able to find the problem. So happy to say our dryer is working like new again! "Everything was great except they broke the exterior dryer vent cover. They said they would return and replace it. They never did. It never should have happened in the first place. A true professional would have removed the cover when cleaning to eliminate the possibility of damage."

"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. Why waste time and energy trying to fix things yourself and add to your problems when you can have someone like James actually fix it quickly and the right way the first time? Plus there's no anxiety and cussing --- and everyone who has tried and failed to solve computer issues yourself knows what I'm talking about!
