ReliaLift's technician, Matt Cantin, provided excellent service.  He thoroughly inspected my garage door, shared a wealth of knowledge about my garage door system, and replaced the old worn out rollers on my garage door with new rollers.  Overall, he was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable.  He never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very trustworthy.  The only modestly negative concern I would like to note is that we rescheduled once due to the cold weather (not ReliaLift's fault) but then they moved my time slot on the day of service 2 additional times.  Still, I would recommend ReliaLift (especially Matt) and use them again for future garage door repair needs.

"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

He installed a Genie screw type of closer.  I have an external key pad to open the door when I am just outside without a key. I love it. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Person who did the job was pleasant. He arrived late, but I could understand why. My problem is that he replaced the wall part of the opener and he replaced it with a used one. It was not new and I didn't realize that it was not new until I looked at it the next day. I chose these people because of positive reviews on Angie's List. After my service, I went back and looked at them and discovered that they are all written on the same day. Perhaps they are not legitimate. My biggest mistake was that I didn't get three estimates. Lesson well learned!"
