"Smoothly. The tech was knowledgeable, explained what he was checking for, and how he would accomplish the tests and did the necessary cleaning. He installed a filter that I'd already bought, checked the April Air humidifier and filter. Everything checked out OK. The technician was friendly and personable as was the one who came last year. I was very satisfied."

"Everything went well. The guy found out igniter broken. He replaced the igniter and the heat was on."

"I have a contract with them. It doesn’t cost anything because I’m signed up for the year. The quality is very good, excellent. They’re kind of slow getting out here. They will call and tell you they’re going to be here. They call like an hour before they get here. I have used them for 20 years. I think they have to hire more people because if you are on their comfort plan, they did the air conditioning and the furnace. The air conditioning is about a month down the road and you are already in season. When they did the furnace in October or November, you are already in the season. That’s what I would say there."

"I had a gas furnace, A/C and thermostat installed. I went through a long process deciding who to hire. After checking credentials, reviews, testimonials and interviewing four contractors, I chose Brandon Heating and Air Conditioning. Adam came out and explained everything from load calculations to the install process. The technicians were professional, courteous and polite. They wore shoe covers, put down tarp and worked diligently until the job was complete. They did a thorough clean-up. I highly recommend Brandon Heating and Air."

"MAP Construction was prompt, responsive and delivered services in a very professional manner. We did not wait long for a quote or for final installation. We would definitely be a referral for them for anyone looking for a new furnace. Also there pricing was very competitive."

"Ricky did an outstanding job at our home! He performed a detailed root cause analysis and subsequently replaced the toilet as the best way to solve the clogging. Ricky was transparent along the process and explained each step in detail. He was also very respectful to our family environment and in line with COVID guidelines. Well done!"

"We first had a virtual call to determine the type of whole house humidifier I would need. We were then given a quote via email. And then one of their professionals came to the house to install it, exactly when they said they would. Everything was very easy and smooth."
