"The majority of the time I contacted this company the people answering the phone were very friendly and courteous. On the day of my install, the last person I spoke to was not as nice. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install.
