"Chris and Matt were very professional, neat, and did a very clean installation. I'm very happy with my new water purification system, and would definitely use them again."

"After being told by an Avon Lake plumbing company that the only way to repair the tub diverter was to totally replace the entire tub and tile...I reached out to Wyatt who completed the repair/replacement without removing tile or replacing the tub. Kudos to Wyatt for being straight-shooters! Billy, our plumber was timely and gave a thorough explanation of the issue and how to resolve it. Everyone can now take a normal shower without all the hot water pouring out of the tub faucet."

"The entire process was good, from the coordinator to the worker(Corey)! He was very informative and professional...and got the job done. The customer service was Top notch and I'm big on CS..so I KNOW!! Would definitely use, and refer them anytime.! Thanks"

"North Lake repaired and replaced multiple water pipe issues for us, and installed a new water heater. Our kitchen drain line and sump pump lines were old and needed replaced. The North Lake crew was friendly, efficient, and well priced. They even explained all they did, how to maintain it, and helped me with a few other questions I had while they were there. 10/10 will call them again."

"Jason with Splash Mountain Plumbing arrived on time, was very professional and we were extremely pleased with his work. Highly recommend!"

Dave Baumgartner is our technician and he has serviced all our water-treatment needs. Dave is professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend both Dave and Servisoft for your water treatment needs."

"I told Clearbrook twice about problems with my brand new system. It has not performed as promised. The owner said he was coming one day and never showed up or called to say why. I am a senior citizen and hear about us being taken advantage of a lot. I'm thinking I have been another victim of this unscrupulous type of behavior. Starting with day one of my project, a worker lost so much water out of a hose that the result was a substantial amount of water on the floor. Even though the worker tried to sop up the water, eventually the water soaked into the carpet and traveled up the closest wall. Within 24 hours, the house wreaked of mildew. I had called the owner and asked if his worker told him about the spill. He did NOT call me back! So. I purchased several bottles of mildew killing sprays to try to eliminate it on my own. I continued over many days to work on this problem. Eventually, I needed to purchase more spray chemicals. I was very understandably upset, and hoped I'd never have to need assistance from Clearview again. Since he hadn't responded to my first call, I felt he wouldn't answer, again. I did not even receive a courtesy call to see how my new system was working! To that point, the system did not seem to be working in the manner in which I had been told. After a power surge, I followed my written instructions, from this company, several times, to no avail. Very little water softening salt was being utilized by the system. The Clearbrook owner had stated that this new system would not use very much salt. But, then I noticed a sulfur type smell from a bathroom and the the kitchen. I knew this should never be happening with an all new system. My old system did not produce foul smelling odors. So, I reluctantly called Clearbrook. That's when the owner said he would come out to check it. He seemed upset with me, the customer! . He just didn't show up or call. I am distressed over this sutuation and have hesitated calling Home Advisor to complain, or to hire anyone else for any of my other needs. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with this experience. Sincerely, Verneta Martin"

"I have very crappy well water, full of iron and very hard. My old water softener failed and I reached out to Nick of Clear Brook Water Solutions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful but did not pressure in any way. I mentioned other systems I had researched and he explained some of the cons of those other systems which I had already researched. They installed my new softener, which cost way less than their competitors had quoted, and I couldn't be happier. They even halled my old one away. My water is so much better now. Their unit performs way better than my 25 year old unit and I spent a lot more on that one."

"Outstanding service; multiple areas, water treatment, heating and cooling."
