"They took pictures of the burned coils etc., and the next morning they were here exactly when they said they would be. They had a new system replaced and installed in 1/2 a day, no mess left, no incidents during or after the repair or in the last year. "Sometimes Spouse set up the granite to do the work, painting, sheetrock and kitchen remodel. Sometimes Spouse did an excellent job on my home, and was there when they said they were going to be there. There was no issues at all. Sometimes Spouse was professional from start to finish. There were some touchups they had to do on the interior paint, but I expected that. Sometimes Spouse did an A+ job, and I would highly recommend them for painting, fencing, drywall or deep cleaning.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"SOLUTION:

The Leak was discovered behind the toilet. we ripped out the old toiled cut out the old flooring reset the plumbing, toilet flange, replaced the flooring secured the toilet better than it was and ensured that all pipes, flanges etc were replaced and mounted. Justin ensured we were kept abreast of cost and the problems as they were discovered. Bottom line problem was discovered and fixed right! The craftsmen answered all questions and explained in detail what they were doing how they planned on repairing the damage.

After the flooring was repaired the rest of the improvements were completed, the tile work was completed and to satisfaction, the custom shower included a "step up" or tiled seat that really made the shower complete, definitively have no regrets removing the old uncomfortable bathtub. The extra repairs extended the project a bit however this was taken into account before we signed and the project was finished and bathroom operational on the date promised.

It has been 8 months since we had the bathroom renovated, all I can say is: Justin will be contacted and asked to do our master bath. "
