"The company I had previously hired to maintain our heating and air conditioning unit diagnosed a leak in the condenser coil of the air conditioner. The repair would have cost well over $3,000, and since I already had previous costly repairs I decided to look into replacing the complete unit instead. I received quotes from several companies, but I can honestly say I have never worked with more professional, knowledgeable, and simply pleasant to deal with people than the ones employed by Integrity Heating & Cooling. While their quote was not the cheapest the warranty and extras offered (free maintenance for a year) more than made up for the difference. The new unit was installed less than a week after I signed the contract, and it is so much quieter and seems to run much more efficient than the old unit. "Contacting this organization is a bit nebulous. Their phone system isn't rocket surgery, but it takes some getting used to. Mike (whom I am guessing is the residential project engineer) is a very busy man, but very friendly. Once you're finally able to get his ear, he seems to follow through quite nicely. Sonya (Sonja...forgive me. I don't know how she spells it) was very helpful also. The work itself was very painless, almost non-descript except for the results. Eduardo and Ricky were friendly, hard working, and very respectful, real likable guys. Overall, considering I know virtually nothing about insulation, I'd say they hit a four-bagger on this one.
