They also came one hour later than scheduled, causing me to miss more work than I should have. I called about 15 minutes after the appointment time and was told that they they always call the customer while on the way, but that was not told to me when I scheduled the appointment. I set a time, not a range.
I have subsequently learned that if I had purchased this thermostat myself and then called the company only to install it, the price may have been as much as $200 difference. So their markup is absurdly high. Lesson learned.
