It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

"I was looking for a Plumber in my area who was professional and did honest work, I am happy to say I found my new Plumber. Rob came recommended when I did my search for Plumbers in my area on Angie's List. When I called him I let him know that i had a clogged drain in the bathroom, a leaking sink in the kitchen, and really needed to replace my water heater. Rob came over 2 hours after I called him and was very procfessional and friendly. He took care of my clogged drain in a matter of minutes, by snaking out a huge clog of hair. He took a look at my sink and immediately knew what was wrong with it. I thought I would have to replace the pipe because it seemed to be leaking from the bottom of it, but Rob (who could of charged me for replacing a pipe or much worse) re-assured me that it was just the washer that needed to be replaced. I was so relieved that it was only a $5 dollar piece that he swapped out, especially since my biggest concern was my water heater. He could of charged me a ridiculous price for something that I wouldn't of had a clue on what it was, but he was honest and that is why I used him again to fix my water heater.
He came by a few days after he took care of the minor issues upstairs. He had a lot of knowledge on water heaters and let me know that he would have to replace and move a few ducts that were in the way of the water heater. I have an old house and duct work runs very low downstairs in my basement, and I knew it would be an issue eventually. He took only a few hours and he even got rid of my old water heater! I was so pleased when I went downstairs and looked at the work, he had kept everything so clean and re-arranged and fixed a lot of loose and broken ducts that I had. He went up and beyond my expectations and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional and honest plumber.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."
