"

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

We are very happy.

"Good Tidings is always my first choice. Brian arrived when expected then quickly diagnosed and resolved our air conditioning issue. Top quality service and trustworthy advice. Will use them again."

"I sent a request on a Sunday night with the details and pictures of what I needed and I immediately heard from Rob.  I called him the next morning to set up an appointment for an estimate and he came that same day and gave me a very fair price.  He actually broke down what each repair would cost and estimated how long the repairs would take.  Rob even accommodated my work schedule.  Rob was at my house the next day at the time he said he would be there.  He completed the job, explained what he did and cleaned up.  I  would definitely recommend Rob to anyone needing plumbing services.

"Air conditioning repair. Tim was a very knowledgeable service technician and he was able to advise on how to best approach my air conditioning issue. Explained everything thoroughly. Polite and respectful!"

"It was adequate service.  However after the install, we had a puddle of water under our unit.  I did have them come back and finish their work."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Unfortunately my unit was on its last legs. Their efforts only extended its life a few more weeks. It was too expensive to repair."

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"Everything went well, the guys came in fast did the work with the vacuums and stuff, in and out within an hour. Definitely will use this service again"

"We have multiple units at our commercial restaurant and one unit was not fucntioning. When another contractor said we needed to replace the unit (only a few years old) I knew something was wrong. I business associate referred me to Edwards Air Group who I never heard of. They arrived the next morning and identified the issue as a burned circuit board. The repair cost was a fraction of replacing the unit. Now I refer my business associates to Edwards Air Group. I only wish I knew about them earlier."
