The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Unfortunately there was some additional work that needed to be done to fit the humidifier to our heating system. But Thor put together a good plan and gave us a reasonable quote for the additional work needed. The only negative was that they didn't patch up the holes they made in the drywall when they re-ran the water line. That would have been preferable. But overall, I'm pleased with their professionalism and end work product. I will definitely be calling them again for future work."

"This all started with a request for an estimate for power washing an exterior fence and front and rear decks as well as gutters. Wayne and Earl came to pressure wash our decks and outdoor fence and gutters, and get the surfaces ready to paint. We are more than pleased with the work done, but wait there is more. During the time that Ease was onsite, days before a holiday weekend, our HVAC lost it's cool so to speak. Not to fear because they also specialize in HVAC services, so they were able to rectify the problem and advise us what to do going forward. I think we may have found a go to HVAC and Handyman company that not only does quality work but is also local for us, a win-win in our minds. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
