She said she would check into it, and she would have an estimate to me within a day or two. And they never got back with me. I never got an estimate. And we checked our email address. Make sure everything was good. Never received anything. And here it is like, over two weeks later and havent heard a word from them. "

One hour into the eta window I got calls from two different dispatchers who clearly are not in a centralized location, telling me the roads are not clear. The roads are clear. These guys suck. Do not engage with them. "
