"Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. They were prefessional and respectful. Bob is a straight shooter. Absolutely no BS! I will be using him for ALL of my future HVAC needs. I HIGHLY recommend you call him and have him come give you an estimate if you need service, repair or replacement.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Dan came first thing this morning and found our air conditioner capacitor needed to be replaced. He informed me it was still under warranty and he needed to go get a replacement. He was back with a new capacitor very quickly and had it repaired in a matter of minutes. I was pleasantly surprised there was not even a service or labor charge. We have used this company for almost 10 years now, and their work has always been top-notch. Dan and Zac are the very best technicians with whom we've ever dealt. Besides their most excellent service, I have never dealt with any service related company who has higher standards. Their extreme honesty and work ethic are beyond compare. Every person with whom we've dealt or spoken in the company are friendly, courteous and professional. They are truly the best in the business!!!!"

"The Sharp/Long team members are professional, hard working and concerned that the job is done right. We needed work done on an older home that needed specific things done to improve the efficiency of the heating/cooling system. Not only has our comfort increased tenfold, but our utility bills have decreased substantially. We were extremely pleased with their original work, and they are diligent about continuing to tweak the system as needs arise. We have been treated like old friends, although we had no contact with the owner or company employees until they began their work. "I called Tap Heating and Cooling early Sunday afternoon. John was at the house within an hour. He explained to me what the problem was and how it could be fixed. He left to go get parts and was back within the hour like he said. He assured me he wasn't leaving until I had heat. When he left I had heat. Thank you John. In the future Tap has won my business. Nothing but professionalism, honesty, and courteousness was shown. Great customer service. You will be hearing from me in the near future.

"The company did a blow-in of insulation material between the studs and in the attic space. There were several areas in the garage where there was no drywall and they had a method of containing the insulation material so that drywall would be added later. They even insulated on the small spaces above and beside the garage door. Since the insulation has been installed, the temperature has stayed around 55 degrees on a pretty consistent basis. The estimate I received was 1/2 the amount received from another company. They brought a sample of the blow-in material and showed a video of how the insulation would be contained where there was no drywall. Now, here is the icing on the cake: between the time of the estimate and the time of the installation, I tore the meniscus in a knee, making me unable to prep the garage by moving items away from the wall. The installers backed my car out of the garage, moved the items and then moved everything back. Outstanding customer service!"

"I was told a few months ago by a technician who works for one of the larger Heating/AC companies that my furnace was essentially totaled and needed to be replaced, as the unit would turn itself on or off, seemingly at random (it was not short cycling, it was something else entirely). I decided to get a second opinion from David at Complete Image. Boy am I glad I did! For the cost of a service call and hour of labor, he figured out exactly what was wrong, and fixed it. It was a solution that I'm shocked the prior technician didn't mention (perhaps because he was trying to sell a new unit for $3,000+). David fixed the issue very quickly, and taught me a bit about HVAC systems and Nest thermostat wiring in the process. I highly recommend Complete Image!"
