"I had a high efficacy heat pump system installed by ARS 11/2 ago. I am used to gas furnace so understanding how heat pump works is an education. The mechanic was very patient in explaining how it works and what to look for if there is an issue. Of course this cold season a got an high unexpected bill from the electric company and was baffled because of the amount I spent on this high efficiency unit. They came out looked at and found no issue. They explained this was a very unusual cold season and the unit performed accordingly for sub freezing condition. They did leave a card and said if I see anytjing that look unusual please give them a call asap. The mechanic was very knowledgeable."

From the initial sales call to the installation technicians, A all the way. I will use Blue Dot for all of my heating and cooling needs going forward. Highly recommend!"

"We've had two HVACs and a water heater installed and I would not use them again. They offer an extended warranty that beats their competitors, but their service plans are misleading and after installing one of our A/C units and supposedly doing "maintenance" on it a year later, we learned when we went to replace a filter ourselves that they couldn't have replaced the filter at the last service because the filter cannot be replaced due to the way they installed the unit. We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls). Trust the negative reviews and go with another company"

"I talked to several companies about a heating and air conditioning replacement. Smart Energy was more cost effective and offered the same service of larger name brand companies."

"The only company that was willing to work on my A/C under the summer heat in the attic and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problems. I'm really happy with the results."

"Amazing service. My heat went out overnight and I called Aqua for an emergency fix. Even though though typically don't work on my type of unit they came out anyway and helped me out. Great customer service and they were very knowledgeable and helped show me things to look for in the future. They have all my future business!!!!!"
