"Took three times to get it fixed completely. The first repairman had to replace a part and we thought that was all that was needed. The next day or so, water was on the floor again so I contacted Air Serve again. The next problem was a crack in a pan. One of the repairmen, Cliff, was able to keep water from continually dripping on the floor while we had to wait for a new part to come in. It worked quite well. When the part did come in, he did a lot of work to get the new part in. I would have to rate him excellent. The air conditioner is now working fine. Couldnt put an accurate price, because we pay American Home Shield every month and had to pay $75 for the first trip, $86 for the second and I believe $100 for the last trip. Some was not covered by American Home Shield."

"Diagnosed correctly. Part was ordered and work done within 2 days. Working great ever since. Very professional and courteous service."

"Excellent customer service and great service by the technician. The cost was higher than I anticipated but I hadnâ t had recent plumbing repairs."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent. service and install went great."

"Rd.I had to pay an extra $15.00 because I had an extra air duct or intake vent. He discussed how often the ducts should be cleaned and offered another service that would help disinfect and keep dust mights down. The extra service also extended the length of time before I would need to have the vents cleaned again. I chose the extra service and will not have to have it done again until 8-10 years from now. My nephew who is 45 was not happy I was having the ducts cleaned but he was pleased with their work in the end. I had this done in my last house twice so I am not new to this. I was pleased with their work. They started immediately and finished about an hour and fifteen minutes later. I have house that is almost 2,000 sq. feet. The $230.00 includes the $89.00 I paid when I ordered it through Angie's List.

"Emergency A/C work in the evening with Airbnb guests on the way- 97 degrees outside! I was so grateful that he was able to come out as soon as I called. Our incoming guests had a 4 month old infant and he went above and beyond to get our system up and going again at a reasonable cost. He had the problem diagnosed quickly and found a solution that night. He went over our whole system to ensure there weren't any other problems and didn't charge us for things that weren't wrong, only the burned up fan motor and the service call. Thanks! I would highly recommend and would call again."

"The customer service and repair was great."
