Even though they had a 20-point inspection and cleaning list to do for a small flat fee, they were meticulous and did not rush anything. In fact, when it came to monitoring refrigerant levels, James took several readings to establish correct information. At all times, James took the time to explain his work and process, answering my many questions politely and professionally. Faced with a possible expensive repair, James did troubleshooting to establish that it was a faulty part. Instead of trying to get me to pay him for the part and repair, he advised me that the part was still under warranty and to contact the people who installed it. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it.
