"Arrived within 2 hours of my desperate plea for help, my ac was blowing HOT air. He found a wire burnt from it being loose. He explained that today's service call and diagnostic time would be about 290 dollars ( Sunday afternoon) He explained to me that his company offers a maintenance thing where he checks and cleans my unit twice a year. I bought the maintenance plan and he didn't charge me a Nicole for a service on a Sunday. Call him and you can fix tour ac before it stops working"

"I spoke with Robert and he was extremely helpful. It turned out he was in my neighborhood and was here within 10 minutes. He looked at the problem and was able to fix it right then and there. I was extremely happy with the quality of his service and the quickness of his response. I will gladly recommend him to others in need of his services."

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. Many thank for both of you: John and Kurt from Bauer family."

"Great service, great customer service, and very friendly. They stuck with their quote Clean cut and clean workers."
