The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"George emailed me two days beforehand to setup a time. I give him a two hour window that worked for him. He came promptly at 8:30 am, Monday morning, 11/28/16, and left at 12:30 pm. He came inside with his toolbox and started right away on assembling my two small tables. They have been sitting in a box for over one year. George also installed some 3 doorknob sets but needed to make adjustments with the door frames so two doors could close properly. He also installed much needed rack on my bedroom door to hang all my dog leashes and harnesses. The window covering hardware in the Master bedroom was changed out also. He took measurements when needed. He was accurate and did not make unnecessary or incorrectly placed holes in the plaster walls for installation. George does excellent work and is efficient. "He showed up early every morning and worked harder then any contractor I have ever hired. Imagine a contractor who actually shows up before the time he says. I don't know about you but with our luck finding contractors they always show up late and have to leave early. Not Brian and his guys especially Alberto, I don't think he ever stopped.They not only installed our floor a better way then what was previously put down, but his depth of knowledge of the products made us feel very comfortable which usually never happens when we start renovating the house. I guess we are just so happy because it just looks so good and everything was on budget and finished before he said they would be done, YAY...
