"I have a great service by Overall Heating and cooling service. They work very hard, proffessional and tried their best to do the job. They are careful when analysing the machines before replacing. After they did well with water heater replacement, I also want to use their services to replace heat pump and AC. They never let me feel regret to choose them. Everything was done properly. I appreciate them. It is hard to find a good team that can do all heating cooling and plumbing proffesionally. As an engineer, I also did a lot of research before moving forward with this team. "Our oil burner began emitting Carbon monoxide (CO) early one morning and stopped working. We called several repair services and no one called us back in a timely manner. We found AB Castello's on Angie's List, completed the Angie's List form and Desmond from AB Castellos called us immediately. Robert arrived less than an hour later. The first thing he did when he arrived was check for CO emissions. He then determined that our 16 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Later that day we received an estimate via email, had all of our questions answered on the phone, and arrived the next morning prepared to remove and replace our furnace. Desmond and Robert worked all day, into the evening, in order to install the new furnace. They were determined not to leave us one more night without heat. They were very polite, pleasant, neat and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company should you need service of any kind. Their response time was better than almost any other contractor we have hired, and their work excellent. They also cleaned up very well before leaving our home, and were very careful as they carried equipment in and out of our house. I cannot speak highly enough of them"

"Advanced Professionals did a wonderful job, again! I hired them in December 2015 for an emergency when the baseboard pipe split in my kitchen. Water was running from my kitchen floor and down into the basement. They came immediately and fixed. This time (November 2018), I was concerned that my heating system was having problems. MO came on time and inspected all of my baseboards, radiators, and the boiler. Everything fine except for needing to reduce the PSI from 60 to its correct level of 20. MO was extremely professional, very pleasant and gracious, and answered other inquiries I had about how I may think about updating my heating system in the future. I was very appreciative of his knowledge. For the amount of time he spent and the work (inspection and correction of the issue), I think the price was fair. I am considering retaining Advanced Professionals as my ongoing plumbing and heating service provider. To-date they have met or exceeded all of my expectations."

"Technician ( Mike McCabe) was friendly, courteous , excellent & professional. The service was provided on the next day after I called. They kept me informed concerning their arrival. The price for the repair ( including a Senior Discount + A $50 OFF coupon ) still did seem a bit high for the amount of work done, but I am not sure what the going rates are. Please note that Gold Medal was the ONLY company to respond to my request. I have used them a number of times in the past and my remarks above were fairly in line with past services. Overall, was very satisfied with the service."
