"These are the guy you can trust for you home HVAC inspection and repairs. We had another company do our inspection and they claimed our heat exchanger had cracks and would not pass our inspection. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

He took a lot of time to explain the options because there were some governmental rebates for that kind of work. He did the installation himself and did it very professionally. The owner came out to supervise which was rare. They also had a longer warranty than anybody else that I could find."

"It went so much better than expected. Over the phone, other plumbing companies quoted us $1,000 - $1,500 to do the work and replace the valve. When I talked with Seth, on the phone, he offered to come over within a couple of hours, ON A SUNDAY!, and take a look at the problem. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and determined only the center piece of the valve needed to be replaced. There would be no reason to replace the entire valve, tear up the wall/tiles to do the work. He had to access the crawl space (the entire length of the house!) to get to the water shut off valve...and did this 3 times in freezing weather! He was in and out of our house, with the valve fixed and fixture replaced within 1 hour! And he didn't charge us an additional fee for coming out on a Sunday! Seth was very professional, but a down to earth guy. I would recommend him and Driggs Plumbing, in a heartbeat!!"

My wife contacted Superior Water and Air at Costco.  Their representative was incredibly friendly and helpful.  He came to our home, tested our water, and provided great advice on their systems and service.  I had full confidence that had we used their services we would have had a terrific experience.  Their units are rather expensive, but come with top notch warranties and have surprisingly easy to use features, such as a simple filter change system for the RO unit, that appeared far superior to what we had in our former house.

As it turned out, a family member became available to help us with installing our water softener and RO unit, thus saving us hundreds of dollars, so we chose not to use the services of Superior Water & Air.  However, if we do need such service in the future I would be comfortable going with them.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"It was perfectly done, with high professionalism. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon when I first contacted him, he came that same evening. He checked the issues and was able to give us two different quotes right away, one with full replacement of the unit, and one with replacement of the motor. He came back on Monday with the new motor, and now we have cold air. He was very polite, very honest, very understanding of our needs. We will definitely contact him when we can afford a new unit.
