"I had a tech here within one hour of calling on a Saturday evening. On Monday morning I received a follow up cal from Anthony's to schedule a follow up visit. Both Nick who came on Saturday and Julio who came o Tuesday were excellent. They demonstrated a great attitude as well as a high degree of knowledge. "I contacted several a/c places where I had failed attempts of service and loss of money, I eventually ran across West Coast Air and the guy was very professional and prompt with his service. I must say I've had service done plenty of times and my a/c just never blew good enough or it just felt like I had no a/c air at all. He literally was here for 30 mins and the changes to my a/c have been very noticeable for one you can actually feel the cold air unlike other services I have received. "SATURDAY, April 21st  - The first plumber arrived on time but was unable to install new faucet because the new faucet stem was too large for our existing sink bowl (not their fault). Quoted $201 cost for the faucet installation (with the $78 Angie's List coupon).  Since he was unable to install the faucet, he put the sink back together and I had him raise several hose bibs outside our house so they weren't on the ground since my husband has bad back and bending all the way down to use hoses outside house was a problem.  He did an outstanding  job with these and supported them against house so armadillos wouldn't snap them but the cost seemed pricey for raising 2 hose bibs  ($330.00 ).   The next day (Sunday) when I went to put things back under our bathroom sink, I noticed standing water.  The sink was now leaking underneath.  I called the office that night and was promised a plumber would be out Monday at 4pm to fix the leak.  My husband took off work early to meet them and around 3pm the office called and said the plumber got delayed at his previous job and wouldn't make it to our house that evening.  We weren't very happy about that but the company was always professional and communicated with us every step of the way. We rescheduled for 8am Tuesday morning and again the office called to say the plumber would be late, which was fine.   He arrived about 20 minutes late but got right to work. He fixed the leak under the sink promptly and we had purchased another faucet hoping he would have time to install it and we would pay him directly for that.  We asked him for the cost of the faucet install and he quoted approx. $176 to do the work (without the Angie's list coupon). My concern is that the quote from the first plumber with the Angies List coupon was $201 for the faucet installation but when there was no Angie's List coupon involved, we were quoted $176 for the same job.  It appears that they mark their prices up when an Angie's List coupon is involved and that doesn't seem right to me. The plumber also tried to get us to purchase a plumbing contract with them stating we could save money on this and future jobs but he didn't pressure us or anything, just mentioned it to us.  We don't often have a need for a plumber so for us it wouldn't be worthwhile. In summary, the finished work is fine now.  The leak has been fixed and the installed faucet looks and works great. The company was professional, came back to fix the leak without issue, and communicated well about all changes or issues. I probably wouldn't use them again though because their prices seemed high and they seem to play pricing games."

"Great company. Excellent follow through.

They installed a high end Daikin 5 Ton heat pump system and they modified ductwork from 2 to 3 zones. It took 2 days to complete due to extensive duct work modification.

The modified duct work with the Inverter system allows us to cool down our master bedroom at night and leave the rest of the house shut down. With the 5 ton inverter system the AC runs like a at 25% or less, like a 1 ton system, when one zone is calling.

They installed 3 wifi communicating thermostats and a new Zone board. It was a complex installation and one of the first 5 Ton Heat Pump inverter systems. Elite had manufacture reps come out to assist to fine tune the zones.

Wifi thermostats allow me to control each zone and monitor temperatures and humidity remotely via smartphone or Internet from anywhere. During the day when we use the pool we shut the master bedroom door to the rest of the house, turn off that zone and open the sliding glass door to the pool. The rest of the house remains cool airconditioned and the bedroom is at outdoor temperature so we don't freeze when entering wet from the pool.

Installers, Miguel and Danny worked efficiently, let me know all steps. Once the unit was physically installed Lee came out to program the system. I can't say too many good things about Lee. I am a retired Field Technical Services Manager and I would have loved to have someone like Lee on my team. Exceptional communication, great technical skills and all aroumd great guy.

Mike, who is a part owner, stopped out a few times to make sure everything was going well. Another great communicator.

The owner, Tod, has a great group of people working for him. I highly recommend them for Air Conditioning needs in the area.

"The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."

"This vendor gave a Solid performance! My only misgiving - This was a rescheduled appt. Please call or email ahead if an appt. is going to be missed or if a reschedule is needed. We both agreed that the inside of the car needed more looking after than the outside. Not that I had some inordinate amount of inside dirt. It was more that my car had not had the inside cleaned in quite a long time. I don't keep a junky car. I bought this car used some years ago. He brought the inside almost back to the way it looked when I bought it . Everything was removed - even some panels - to be cleaned under- and returned to its place inside the car. I work from home and can attest that he worked nearly 2 hours. i had a function to go to and people did mention the cleanliness of my car."
