They were in contact with me through the 3 day wait while they could get an available tech to check out what was wrong with my AC unit. Mike was not only right on time, but also found the issue and reset the entire system. Making sure everything was in working order before leaving. Thanks Mike! Your the best!"

"These are the guy you can trust for you home HVAC inspection and repairs. We had another company do our inspection and they claimed our heat exchanger had cracks and would not pass our inspection. Fix it Frankie quote was over $1000 less for the replacement. I asked if he could show me the cracks from the picture that the other company sent me. He could not find any and the service technician Tyler was kind enough to take his time to pull things apart and show me. Be careful and get a second opinion on inspections and repairs. I recommend you call Fix it Frankie first. 208-571-9904 Tyler and Ryan are AMAZING"

BUT I do get a little sideways when I TOLD them what the problem was, had everything accessible for a quick in and out repair. I agreed to the $89 dispatch charge (typical) and no problem. That amount was to be refunded into the repair charge? But I did not see it. My 1 item invoice total was $324.14. I knew for a FACT that the electric component to be replaced cost ME anywhere from $13-$50 from China, which exactly like the part that was installed. That is a 900%-1500% increase in cost based on THAT invoice. I trusted these guys would not rip me off, but I feel like they found a sucker. Our A/C works again, we got valuable advise, and a brand new cheap Chinese part replaced. Even when I told the dispatcher what the problem was and asked for a cost to R&R the part, he wouldn't advise, which I thought was odd. Buyer beware. Angi (List) is exactly the scam that the reviewers are talking about. "
