Great service is rare, Kirch does an amazing job of being responsive and making sure that everything is done to the customer's full satisfaction. Composite decks are expensive, it doesn't matter who you get a quote from. BUT it does matter who is installing the deck, whether or not they are pro, timely and responsive should you need follow up. Kirch checks all of these boxes. Our deck is beautiful, we get a lot of compliments and I have full confidence that we'll enjoy it for years and years to come. Examples - when first reaching out to Kirch, the owners were on vacation. They STILL responded to me via email and then did a short call to get an idea of the project we were considering.
