Tyler came in with a competitive quote and offered much more in return than their competitors could. They were also able to provide me with various sets of offers covering a broad price range. They were not pushy towards recommending the most expensive system. They were engaged, and truly helped us finds package that best fit ALL of our needs. Donny is their manager, and is perhaps the most accessible person I have ever hired for a project. He responds to my emails immediately, even if it’s late at night or on the weekends. He does not work off of commission, and it shows! He’s a very honest person, and clearly enjoys his job. He goes WAY above and beyond in helping his clients. The installation crew was also fantastic. They were respectful, organized, and had exceptional attention to detail. It’s a very professional looking installation, and a major upgrade for us. I would recommend Tyler LLC without hesitation to anyone. They have a customer in me for life."
