I not only had him replace fascia on my screen porch, but he also replaced the porch's ceiling, laid my wood floor,painted the entire house, installed additional gutters and installed new lighting fixtures. Everything was planned out beforehand and I was always kept in the loop as far as his progress. He also offered valuable suggestions in solving some of the issues I had in the renovations.
