"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. "My basement recently took on water during the March rains. The wall to wall carpeting and pad in the finished portion of the basement had to be removed. Having had Stephen perform some demo work and trash removal in the past, I was already comfortable with his pricing and quality of work. I called Stephen and told him I needed him asap and he was there the next morning. He worked most of the day tearing up the carpet and removing the tack strips. The carpet pad was glued down in some places which made removal more difficult. On top of that, Stephen had to work around a couch, desk, chair, refrigerator and other items. When he finished removing the carpet, I also had Stephen remove 2 futon frames & mattresses, 2 toilets, a glass shower door and some other junk I wanted out of the house. Stephen swept up after all his work and left the place clean. He called me down a couple times to make sure the work he was doing was meeting my expectations. I would highly recommend hiring Stephen for any type of demo or cleanup work. He works hard and clean and he respects your property"

"They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"This kind technician came out to check my AC found that the compressor wasn’t working and noticed that the unit was burnt out but compressor is under warranty and are going to replace it 100% fabulous work done by my young gentleman here and the backing is 100% 100%"

2 workers showed up , started to demolish, were not very careful where all the bricks and old insulation fell.

the worker, were very personable, nice, but slobs. The chimney was rebuild and I assume was done right,

it took two days. The clean up wasn't so good, I offered the use

of our leaf blower to get rid of the old insulation which was spread on the roof, I finally told them to go because

the mess they created was damaging some of the ground cover and planting.

Nice guys, but clean up is not high on the list.  I had to hire some one to clean the roof and also clean out the gutters

there was 2 inches of sand in the gutter. They also would honor the Coupon I had from Angie's list booklet,

reason: there was more work than they thought.( I have to believe them I don't know.)

The chimney looks good

, but this company should invest in some tarps, which makes to clean up easier.
