"Always happy with the service. I recently had my thermostat upgraded by Jason S. In service, and couldn’t be more happier with his expertise, and dedication!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"They were very responsive and were able to be out here within a week. The service was great and quick, the previous owners of our home smoked and after the cleaning the smell was gone. They explained everything they were doing and were careful not to chip any paint or damage our wooden vents."

"We own a home in Gloucester that we rent out during the high season. During the hottest week of the summer, two of our central A/C units broke down and we needed to replace them fast. I called ten different A/C companies on a Sunday night—and was amazed that I reached SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS directly. Sarah sent out someone from their team the next day to do a diagnostic; we ended up replacing the two units within days of that first visit. Every time I called the office, someone answered. Every time I wrote to SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS, I received quick responses, clear answers and very courteous service. They deserve FIVE STARS every time. When the units were installed, the tech called me about the wall mount placement and then again to tell me they were leaving. SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS was so easy to work with and I'm relieved to know that they are nearby and ready to help when needed. Thank you to Sarah, Rich, Frank and everyone on the SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS team!!"

"Tyler & his team were very professional and thorough with repairing my tankless water heater. Tyler was quick to respond to my call for a repair service call and took the care to be as neat as possible during the repair and cleaned up nicely when the service was completed. TOP NOTCH !!!"

"The service went great. The owner came out for the job. He was very efficient and completed the work in about 15 minutes. He were punctual. I felt reassured that I will not have a house fire from the dryer vents now. I had no problem at all with scheduling the service and they were very responsive. I even referred them to my sister and she was equally impressed."

"It went well.  They responded quickly, and the repair was done.  The tech was friendly, honest, and professional.  He did his best to bleed the system after repairing it, but unfortunately with it sitting idle, ice had formed in other parts of the piping which would have cost too much to attempt to melt, so he didn't charge us for the bleed attempt.  The cost of the repair was a little high, but not extraordinary, so I am happy with the service I received and would use DiPietro again if the need arrises.

"It went well. I am now able to get ice. I answered yes to was money paid or were services performed. The answer isYES the services were performed but NO to money paid."

"The gentlemen who sell the product were excellent.  Punctual and answered our numerous questions.  The installation was timely and the laborers were great.  That's where the good stuff stopped.  First of all, there were scuffs all over the ceilings and a hole in the sheetrock where they had dropped a tool in the attic.  Secondly, the installation of the ac grates was shotty at best.  We had to take one down and realized they were only screwed into the sheetrock no strapping or molly bolts.  The biggest issue however, is that we have been without heat on three occassions, had zones running continuously, and had no less than five service calls to them.  We are beyond frustrated after spending so much and are still working to rectify the issue

I have updated our review.  After the last service call, the problems with the furnace have been fixed.  I believe they are now working with a different installation company which should match with their customer service end of things (which as i said was always excellent) we are still waiting for them to come back this summer to complete a few odds and ends and as soon as that work is completed i will give a final review
