"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. His crew did a great job, all work was performed as outlined in the estimate with no hidden charges. We did add a couple small items to the scope of the project with no problems. They also installed a new sump pump and a perimeter system at the back of our basement, as well as a new bath vent in the attic. Work was performed timely and to our satisfaction the first time.
