He told me how old my furnace was and to keep on top of maintenance. He didn’t try to sell me anything, just mentioned services that the company offered. We talked about duct cleaning (they don’t offer it) so that helped steer me away from doing it as they don’t think it’s very effective. He showed me rust in my furnace but said it wasn’t that bad and doesn’t need repair. Overall I thought the tuneup went well. I would use them again for furnace and AC work."
