"Our 14 year old HVAC system was starting to have problems, mainly with the A/C system which had a persistent coolant leak. With the increasing cost of R22 Freon we knew the time was near and a spring replacement was planned. That was before the blower motor in the furnace started to make a terrible noise and quickly failed, moving up our timeline. We had already done our research and decided on a Trane system. Based on overwhelming positive reviews and a co-worker referral, we decided to call Westin Air for an evaluation and quote. Our experience with Cathy, Westin's sales rep, was very pleasant - a full assessment of our needs and review of our options and no hard sell. The system suggested was the Trane S9V2 furnace with the XL18i air conditioner. Since our A/C was not working, installation was scheduled within a few days. The installation crew was incredible. They put tarps down on the hardwood floor and went above and beyond when it came to being careful. They cleaned up inside and out to the point you would never have known they were at the house. Our experience with Westin Air mirrored all of the positive reviews we read online. The office staff, salesperson and install team were all enjoyable to work with. There was a sense of honesty and integrity in everyone we encountered. There would be no hesitation to recommend Westin Air."

"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. I will post again after the install."

Their pricing was great, the technician was nice and they got the job done right away. I then had low freonagain a few years later and cashed them again. I then started using them fairly regularly, twice a year for maintenance. I did call another company for service at one point and that proved to be a mistake, I reported that company to the BBB. Caleb came out on a Sunday when my blower quit working, he was back first thing Monday to replace it (I was very grateful as I have a health condition). Most recently I decided to have my HVAC system replaced as a preventive measure as my furnace and AC unit were nearly 20 years old. Gary quoted me a great price and was able to get it scheduled within a weeks time. Jeremy and Ryan came out to do the installation and they were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! Jeremy was a life- saver pointing out that we had ductwork that pulled in outside air, but it could be opened and closed as needed. This was in response to my indicating if had some issues even with the air on. Franklin Heating and Cooling are a caring bunch of professionals with great customer service skills and knowledge. "John was prompt and courteous. He was diligent and careful about his work which I appreciated. Our documentation did not show the codes the unit was showing. John ordered and replaced the unit and then researched the codes. When the new unit proved not o be the issue, he refunded the cost and worked through the documentation he found (not easily provided by the manufacturer). The unit is now working perfectly and we will definitely contact John for any future servicing required."
