"Steven came as promised & after checking out my unit, gave me an estimate of two choices I could go with along with the prices of both. No pressure as to which one I choose as he left & waited for my call. Once I (my husband) decided for me which one, I then called Steven to inform him. He came over to collect my deposit (I'd paid him in full as I only had one signed check from my husband. Yes, I did that!
