"Started with brand of furnace, asked what I had done to attempt to fix the problem.  (It was then that I realized how 'ignorant' I really am.)  She recommended I check the circuit breaker.  Never occurred to me to check since I had electricity on the first and second floors.  Got a bit suspicious when the stairwell light to the basement didn't come on.  So, I got a flashlight and checked the breaker.  Turned it off and then on again.  And ... low and behold, the furnace came on.  (guess who was Very Embarrassed)   We went on to chat a bit to make sure it was going to stay on.  She was very pleasant and understanding.  I inquired about replacing my furnace humidifier and she gave me information as well as cost.  A bit pricey, but I'm fairly confident I will call back and schedule to have them install one.

"Not even sure where to begin with this review. Our HVAC system died at the onset of the heat wave in 2020. All servicers were slammed with calls, including Abe. We found him top-ranked on Home Advisor so had a great deal of comfort from the start. Abe was prompt, friendly, honest and a lover of our pets who returned the love to him. The outcome of the service call was needing new units, which was not a surprise (we planned on replacing the 26 year old furnace/AC in September but alas). Abe and his team worked tirelessly for 11-12 hours getting this installed. it was lengthy due to going from 80% to 93% efficiency and there was absolutely NO compromise to quality. He is a perfectionist; no detail was ignored. Abe has high-integrity and is kind, conscientious, and fair. We highly recommend his company and will continue to refer others to him. His spirit really has us rooting for his success! If financing is a concern drawing you to one of the larger HVAC businesses, have no worries, competitive financing is available, if needed."

When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew.
