He also replaced 2 shut off valves under my sink that were frozen or leaking. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pricing is higher than I expected and I think the pricing should have been discussed before any service was started. The pricing for the valves were discussed but only after my drain was already cleared. So I was already stuck with a service charge I thought was too expensive. It's always best to take the initiative and ask first before anyone is sent out. However, this company will get the job done right. The approximate cost includes the cost of the Angie's List deal."

"It worked out well, but the gentleman wasn't prepare for a couple of things.  He needed gas for the machine.  We gave him some gas just to keep things moving.  He couldn't get the drain cap off and when he did, he said he would replace it.  He ended up putting the old cap back on and it leaked."
