"Excellent! All old systems were removed and all new Carrier equipment was installed. This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. Tyler is a great company with an excellent sales and service force. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat. Tyler completed all projects and I am completely satisfied and happy with their performance. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler for all you HVAC needs. We did a complete replacement of both heating and A/C and Tyler did a fantastic job."

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak.Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Fantastic. He arrived at our house within 30 minutes of calling him. He evaluated the leak in the basement and quickly told us what was wrong. He had a water tank in his truck and replaced it on the spot. He was gone in 2 hours. He also helped me to clean the faucet filters. We have definitely found a plumber for the future. "We called the company twice about a renovation we're doing that requires trenching back to an existing building behind the house. The first time, it was about running the trench, and we didn't use them because they wanted $70 to come out and do an estimate. The second time it was to see if they'd install the plumbing in the new space (kitchen & bathrooms sinks, shower, outside spout), but they said they're a small company and can't have anyone on a job two weeks or more. The gentleman was upfront & straight-forward, nothing against them &  I gave them an average grade, I just wanted to put this review up to save anyone time who's looking for that sort of work. Seems like they're more same-day, call-them-out-if-there's-a-leak plumbers. <br />"

"It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

"They did a very good job. They took a lot of time. They went through and identified all of the air leakages in our house and then they did weatherization some improvements like air sealing and change light bulbs and things like that to improve our energy efficiency."
