"Our well pump wasn't working right. I called late Thur. afternoon and Jerry was here on Friday. While he was here, the pump quit. He worked most of the weekend (it was really hard to get out) to get it replaced and was friendly and professional the entire time. I highly recommend Done Right Today and will call them for any plumbing need in the future."

"I had a failing well pump and a leak at the pump. Milloway Pipeworks correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. Milloway Pipeworks saved me alot of $$$$. Another company (a large well known company) also looked at my problem. They said I also had to replace the line into the house (which was not necessary); I would have paid 3x more with them."

"Zac called me within 5minutes of me speaking to the call center. He arrived alone when he said he would. We have a well cap that is underground so it must be dug up. Unfortunately I could not remember the exact location so he dug for more than an hour. Finally my husband said to move down the path more Zac found my sons helped remove the 3 foot round concrete cover and pull the pump. Zac did all the work needed and put the pump back . He did above and beyond for us in the rain. Would definitely recommend them."

"Mr Rooter installed our hybrid (heat pump) water heater in June 2024. Lead engineer Franz was very helpful and gave different options. Even shared positive/negative experiences of other customers using our particular model. Their quote was very competitive. Techs were professional, prompt and clean in the installation process. My unit had a leak detector that triggered alarms post-installation, and Mr Rooter came back out to ensure everything was installed appropriately. I recommend Franz and the Mr Rooter team, and have already referred to other friends."
