"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. Thanks also to Michel and Sergio for project management, and to Emily, Luisa and JJ for the coordination. Overall, my experience with ASP was outstanding. "Carl was great! I sent him a photos of the closet and of the doors I wanted installed. He gave us the estimate for his work and told us how to order the doors. Although Carl did offer to pick up the doors himself, we were able to fit them in our station wagon, so we bought them at Lowe's, ourselves. Carl arrived on time and completed the work as promised. He installed track for top and bottom of sliding doors and had to adjust tile and molding to do so. He patched a spot on our wall, too. The doors look great, and just as the other reviewers mentioned, Carl really is a super nice guy! This was a small job, but even so, Carl treated us like it was very important to him. I had several companies come to my home to quote replacing all my sliding glass doors and windows with EGS doors and windows and did not feel comfortable with any of them. I finally called EGS to see if they had any recommendations for installers since I was not comfortable with the sales tactics or pushy sales from the other companies I had met with. I can say without a doubt that AOA is the most professional and caring construction company I have ever used. I have recommended AOA to many others and everyone who chose to use AOA have been impressed with not only the superior quality of work, attention to details, but the caring attitude of everyone involved in the process. For the few who chose to use someone else to install their doors, the response is always the same, “I should have listened to you and used AOA to install my doors.” I always tell people, “When spending thousands of dollars on doors, do your homework and go see the installation process and final outcome.” When you personally see the difference, it is easy to see why I say, “AOA is absolutely the best!”"
