The owner Bart (who answers his own phone), responded promptly was clear and very gracious. He took the time to ask many critical questions to help with a preliminary diagnosis right away that indicated a possible issue with our original installation. Then even at a very busy time if the year when he could have just deferred, he offered to come out and verify what I had described and upon arrival he was exceptionally professional and thorough. We went through the history and situation surrounding our issue and instead of suggesting a complete replacement of our unit or even a partial but costly and inadequate repair, he shared a ton of knowledge and gave us advice on how best to proceed putting our needs first. While we did not ultimately need his service on this call, he has certainly earned my respect and will be our go to for future needs."

"I originally called my regular service company to come out and look at my ac and they told me I had a bad compressor and should replace my 7 year old system. I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty. "I don't usually give all 5 star reviews, but these people deserved it. I have had ducting issues with this central air unit for years. Barely any air comes out of the duct in the master bedroom, which is always warmer than the rest of the house. Other A/C companies have quoted me upwards of $1,500 to install an completely new ducting system. That seemed outrageous to me considering I only had trouble with one duct, that was literally 3 feet from the air handler. When the unit finally stopped cooling, I called Speedy Air. Mike came out the next day. The system was low on freon, as I expected. The fan motor, run capacitors, and contactor were faulty. No surprise considering the system was 8 years old and I have heard the contactor buzzing. Mike checked the system and found the leak in the evaporator that the previous technician from another company couldn't find a couple of years ago. He also looked up the warranty information on the unit and all the parts were covered. What I thought might be $1,000 or more came to less than $500. Best of all was what he found with my ducting. The problem was that the original company installed the air handler too close to the rafters on one end. That meant they had to use an abnormally small plenum, which caused the airflow problems. They were also the ones trying to get me to pay $1,500 to fix the problem they caused. Mike suggested to wait until the air handler eventually needed replacing, and change the ducting then. In the mean time he turned up the speed setting on the fan motor itself. For the first time in years we get adequate flow for the master bedroom! What else can I say. Mike ran his buns off, we had cold air within 2 hours, he solved my duct problem at no cost, all for under $500."

"Angel did a project for us installing a sauna heater on the exterior of our house and replacing our old electric panel. His guys did a great job, kept the site clean, and the total turn around time on the project from quote to finished was very fast. A few weeks go by and the sub-breaker to the sauna heater starts smoking. I called Angel, he remembered the project, and immediately sent his guys to fix it. Even tho the problem was likely from the heater manufacturer, Angel's guys fixed it a day later no questions asked, gratis. Will continue to use them for electric projects!"

"The job was well done from beginning to end.  We were kept informed at all times on the progress.  Despite that the owner of the business and one of his top installers came down with the Flu in the middle of the job, they gave it all they had, working Saturday, Sunday and well into the nights to deliver a timely and thorough result.
Most importand, from the start, I was given the impression that providing neat and friendly service was their goal..  The was no one in their crew that I wouldn't be pleased to have as a member of my family!  They wore booties over their shoes; they used drop-cloths everywhere, and they removed pictures and furniture wherever their might have been any risk of dust.

"I signed up through Angies List for a cleaning of up to A/C seven ducts for $175.  On arrival, the provider counted 15 ducts and charged me an additional $30 of each of the eight additional ducts (which works out to another $240 for eight, or $210 for seven of the eight) and another $100 because I have two A/C air handlers instead of just one.  
If I had bought two of the $175 Angies List offers (which would have covered 14 ducts and two A/C units), there would have been no charge for seven of the eight "extra" ducts and no charge for the extra A/C unit.   So, I would have paid $380 ($175 X 2 + $30) instead of the $515 this service ended up costing.  I did not appreciate the upcharging.
Also, the provider dropped one of my duct covers on a wooden sideboard, denting it (I let that go, but now will have to live with a new gouge).
The moral of this story is to count your ducts before you use this provider -- or prepared to be hit with extra charges at a higher rate than the one used in the offers if you have more than seven ducts.
