From the initial measuring and estimate, to the installation, and then a minor manufacturing issue, I could not be happier with choosing Superior to install my windows. It took me almost 6 months of research before finally pulling the trigger to hire Superior. I went overboard and got estimates from 9 different businesses. They used different window manufacturers and for one reason or other (my comfort with the business, quality of window or cost), all were eventually crossed off the list. In a last ditch attempt to find other service providers before having to settle for someone I already crossed off, I stumbled upon Superior! I was already sold on the product, felt comfortable with who was going to be doing the install, it was a no brainer to go with Superior. The windows were ordered, installation was scheduled once they came in, and the whole process was flawless! Once Ryan started working, it was very obvious he is a perfectionist. The sliding door and windows were installed perfectly. I did find a scratch on the glass of one of the windows, and the office manager Stephanie, came out to inspect it and ordered a new window pane for me and then came to install it once it arrived. Ryan and Stephanie had really made this big purchase happen for me with very little effort on my part. They have handled every little issue that came up to my complete satisfaction with great professionalism. I would love to hire Superior for additional work I was to complete in my house!"

He arrived right on time, told me how long it would take and proceeded to vacuum up the hundreds of shards of glass, somehow getting every one of them. The replacement window was installed for exactly the price quoted. They came to my house and all I had to do was pay and say thank you. I highly recommend The Glass Doctor. "John and Jaclyn are outstanding. From the initial stages of designing the deck and making (lots of) modifications to the install and returning for some minor fixes - excellent! Great service is rare, Kirch does an amazing job of being responsive and making sure that everything is done to the customer's full satisfaction. Composite decks are expensive, it doesn't matter who you get a quote from. BUT it does matter who is installing the deck, whether or not they are pro, timely and responsive should you need follow up. Kirch checks all of these boxes. Our deck is beautiful, we get a lot of compliments and I have full confidence that we'll enjoy it for years and years to come. Examples - when first reaching out to Kirch, the owners were on vacation. They STILL responded to me via email and then did a short call to get an idea of the project we were considering. We've had two minor follow-ups on the deck - Jaclyn (has always) responded immediately to emails I sent her and John was back at the house ASAP. We went through multiple iterations of deck design and colors. Jaclyn was more than patient with us and provided 3D renderings of all the designs helping us make decisions. John and his crew were on schedule, clean and respectful. The price is what it is. If you are considering an Azek deck, you already know they are pricey vs. alternatives. Just be sure to protect that investment and have it installed by a PRO - Kirch is it!"

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
