"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"Unique Indoor Comfort’s technician, George, provided a fine tune up service to my residence's heating system which was well overdue for maintenance. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. The service call was money well spent. Would definitely use this company again for any additional issues"

Gen3 tech Justin identified and clearly explained the problem and then did the repair, restoring cool air to my overheated home. Excellent experience! Based on this, I called Gen3 for my fall furnace check-up. Travis did a thorough inspection, identified potential future problems and provided a clear explanation of the furnace's current status. Another excellent experience. Also must commend the Gen3 front office staff who always answer the phone, keep you updated and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company."

"I called Christian Heating and plumbing for a second opinion because I was told by another heating contractor that my heating exchange was cracked and needed replacement. I didn't believe them for various reasons I won't go into but this is one of the biggest scam items and it is extremely costly. They came out right of way after I called and explained the situation and checked over my furnace and found no problem whatsoever with the heating exchange! They saved me a lot of money. The person who came was very nice, explained everything and assured me that there wasn't a thing wrong with it. I will use them again for all of my service calls.

"I have a service contract with Petro. They came out to fix a leak on my heater. Service person came out on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up so you would never know he was even there. Very pleasant experience all the way through."

We found Frank on craigslist and I did a lot of homework before we decided on him. He promptly came out for an initial estimate.

He could have not have been any more understanding or nicer. He listen to what we needed and then gave me several different options.

No pressure sale B.S. He knows his stuff inside and out.

Gave a deposit and a week later the work was done. Everything looks great.

Only time will tell about the unit but Frank has made a customer for life.

"I called for service because my indoor unit stopped blowing air and it was 90 degrees In The home. George answered the ph and was extremely courteous and understanding and was able to come out the same day and get us cold air again. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Gave me several options and wasn t pushy about me replacing my system or didn t use scare tactics to sell me a system. He explained everything and his prices were better than other companies I ve used in the past. I highly recommend Reliance and will be referring them to my entire family"

"Great job! I had an emergency situation where I could not stop my tub from running without turning off the water supply for the whole house. I was grateful and surprised to get serviced in such a short notice. Zachary handled my repairs. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain thoroughly what needed to be done. He repaired 2 bathtubs and installed a water pressure valve in less than an hour and a half. Even provided a free water test that I knew I needed because I know have a hard water problem, which he confirmed along with options to remediate. Overall great job and now I can safely use my water again!"
