We were totally satisfied with the job,- and they were very conscious of our lawn, it looked terrific when it was done. Would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation."

"Our front walkway, steps, and landscaping wall were about 18 years old and needed a lot of work resulting from not-so-great workmanship when it was originally built. Scott and crew made it all look like new, and did the job right. Great attention to detail. In addition, Scott was responsive to calls, showed up when he said he would, and left the entire site clean. He even found and removed debris from an earlier repair done years ago. Professional, dependable, high quality work, and yes--Affordable!"

"Alex and his team did a complete deck replacement. They did a very good job on this project. After removal of the old deck wood, it was determined that further reinforcement would be needed in order to do this job properly. Therefore, original estimate had to be adjusted quite a bit, to account for the extra labor needed to perform the reinforcement. Alex and his team completed the job in about three weeks, with most of the days in cold weather. Several payments were provided throughout the project and there were no hidden costs, they were very upfront in terms of what needed to be done, and were transparent throughout the process. Alex and his team also added, without additional labor cost, repair work for a side door deck, which involved replacement of about 8 boards. All in all, pleased with the work completed, very professional, and both decks look very good. Would use them again for future projects."

"Outdoor Oasis did an amazing job. Did full leaf removal job on my house covering front and back lots, with approximately 15 trees and medium acreage, so no small task. Top notch professional job on leaf removal on patios and even roofs. Then mowed the lawn so well the whole lot looked like it was manicured or just landscaped. And price was quire reasonable. Will use again to be sure!"

"Did a little research and decided to contact Heap for my driveway replacement. Phone was answered right away and I had a very reasonable written estimate in my hand the next day. Six weeks later they arrived on time as promised. Removed the existing driveway, installed a new base and properly graded it for drainage and then paved it. Completed in one day including cleanup. These guys are professional, courteous and work hard. Give them a call you won't be disappointed."

FAQs for water or fuel tank remove projects in North-weymouth, MA

There are several reasons why you might need to remove an oil tank. In some areas, local regulations require tanks to be removed after a certain period. Leaking tanks can pose hazards to drinking water and the environment. Plus, many municipalities won't allow property sales until an inspection confirms the oil tank is safe.

One option for disposing of an oil tank is to have your removal pro take it to a dismantling yard or salvage yard for recycling. If a salvage yard isn’t an option, you can contact a local landfill or a local oil tank removal service for help finding a proper disposal location for your tank. Typically, you’ll need to show there’s no sludge or residue in the tank.

A leaking oil tank reveals itself through increased energy bills and a noticeable oily sheen on water surfaces, which signals a malfunction. You may also experience strong oil odors and observe stained grass and deteriorating vegetation near your property. These clear warning signs demand immediate professional evaluation to protect the environment and secure your property’s safety.

Yes, states mandate soil testing during oil tank removal to detect hazardous pollutants that harm the environment. This testing confirms that no soil contamination exists. Certified specialists collect soil samples to meet regulatory requirements and ensure property safety. Conducting these tests protects water quality and the structure’s integrity while immediately triggering any necessary remediation measures.
