"Overall it went smoothly without major hitches. There we some delays in getting the windows delivered but that was not on the company. I also did not negotiate to paint the exterior window frames which would have been easy to do at the time of installation. Because it is a second story unit I had to pay someone to do this after the windows were installed. But besides that it was a good experience and was done without issues and it was on time. Their price was competitive. The folks who did the work and the estimates were friendly and professional and the quality of work was excellent."

"Creig arrived right on time. His schedule was flexible and he came on a Saturday which was good for us. He talked with us about the general condition of the garage door and springs. He was knowledgeable about the springs and said ours were fine and did not need to be replaced, even though we thought there was something wrong with them. So he didn't oversell services. I appreciate that. He installed the opener very quickly and told us we had made a good choice. We've been using the opener for 3 weeks now and it works perfectly. The cost for the service was exactly what his estimate was. Creig is also a handyman and we will use him for other projects, too, if he's available."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. "The complete job was done in two days. The workers drove from Patterson to Soquel (two plus hours), arrived on schedule at 8:00 AM the first day and 7:30 AM the second day. They covered all furniture, walls, floors, sidewalk and driveway out to their truck. Our responsibility consisted of removing ceiling light fixtures, smoke detectors, curtains within 6" of the ceiling and putting away small items so they would not get broken. The first day they removed the popcorn, did repairs and textured the ceilings. They left the heat on overnight to dry the texture and painted the second day. At the end of the job they cleaned everything, including vacuuming the whole house."
