"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. Called to book an appointment for the $49 deal I found on Angie's List.  Lucked out that they had someone out in my area so they were able to send Matthew over within a couple of hours. 

He arrived, took a look at what needed to be done.  We have an older house, so needless to say, Matthew had some suggestions that confirmed what a previous plumber had noted.  Was very courteous and helpful with some other questions my husband had.  He got us a quote, about $5,000 to replace some galvanized pipe with copper, and add some valves - with a price tag like that, we felt like we just needed to get a second quote, so that's what we're going to do.  But completely satisfied and impressed with this service call.  Matthew was great. 

He replaced our backyard hose faucet - haven't used it yet, but Matthew was quick and it looks fine.
