The demeanor of the technician, Nicholas, changed to argumentative and belligerent when I said I was not buying a new furnace. When I tried to complain to the manager, he became argumentative as well. He did return the diagnostic fee after I told him I was getting a 2nd opinion."

PSE confirmed there was no gas leak and another HVAC company inspected my 4 year old outdoor unit and confirmed the condenser was working properly. Sorry, don't trust your company anymore. "
