"It went great! Chris was very prompt at returning my request for more information and even followed back up with me a week later to see if I had any other questions. The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. They installed the entire system in approx. 2 hours and went over all operation instructions and what to expect with the new softener. "My experience with Mark Hurm and Co LLC Company was good. They were very thorough. They did what they said they would do. I paid them $9000 out which $2000 is going to be rebated, part from the manufacturer and part from the local utility. My overall experience with the install was excellent. I would absolutely work with them again."

"We had a complex leak situation in our detached cottage, and also needed new pipes put it. The plumber, Ben, was very skilled and knowledgeable, and made several different suggestions to help us save a lot of money (by not having to install a new secondary water heater or having to open up more of the walls than necessary). We will absolutely call on their services again if we need any plumbing work done!"

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
