Luke was very flexible with scheduling the initial visit and was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He wasn't a typical Salesman. Once again, we were back up and running by dinner time. Our space was undisturbed and all evidence of the construction project removed. Good crews. Behind the scenes, Eileen worked with my wife on scheduling and ordering. She was on top of everything and even came to our house to have us sign the paperwork the day before the work started. After the dust settled and we had time to let the systems settle in, Luke followed up and came out to take care of some loose ends and check everything out. "Ken came out originally to do some duct cleaning but noticed that a lot of our supply and returns weren’t sealed properly with mastic (he showed us the areas that needed work). He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight.
